半径拉挤成型技术概述

   

      德国Thomas集团子公司,Thomas Technik+ Innovation公司在传统拉挤成型工艺基础上,已开发出一种新型半径拉挤成型技术。该半径拉挤成型技术已获得几项大奖。使用该项技术可生产出弧形、三维型材,范围可从300mm达到1000mm,最大模具曲线长度范围为45度至90度。在未使用内层芯板或硅胶管的情况下,此项技术可生产出具有多室的固体、中空部件。该半径拉挤工艺可转换连续的纤维增强塑料,包括透明的纤维增强塑料。半径拉挤技术应用领域包括但不限于一些高科技领域:汽车业、航空航天业、家具、建筑、土木工程以及其它应用领域。

The German company Thomas Technik+ Innovation, a Thomas Group subsidiary, has developed a new technology based on traditional pultrusion process i.e. the Radius pultrusion technology that has already won several awards. This new technology allows the manufacture of curved, three dimensional profiles that can range from 300 to 1,000 mm long with a curve whose maximum die length ranges from 45 to 90°. It can produce solid and also hollow profiles with multiple chambers without using core material or silicone tubing. The radius pultrusion process can convert continuous fiber reinforced plastics, including transparent fiber reinforced plastics. Expected applications are not restricted to high-tech applications and include: automotive, aerospace, furniture, building, civil engineering and so on.
